- YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM & ALL REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO MAKING EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS OR IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR HOME OR TO YOUR LOT (INCLUDING EXTERIOR PAINTING, ROOFING, DECKS, PORCHES, POOLS, STORAGE BUILDINGS, PLAYGROUNDS, FENCES, ETC.).
- ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED FORMAL WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS CAN YOU PROCEED WITH ANY CHANGES.
Submittal Process:
- Step 1: Resident completes the request form, provides supporting documents, sends to our office (preference via email, secondarily fax, or tertiary via US Mail)
- Step 2: We review for compliance, exception etc.
- Step 3: We distribute to ACC or board representative for decision/condition.
- Step 4: Decision provided to our office.
- Step 4: Resident notified of decision by our office. (Copies maintained in association records)
