HOA Committee Officers
Architectural Review Committee (ARC / ACC)*
The ARC/ACC consists of our HOA Board Members and our HOA Management Company. The ARC/ACC monitors the neighborhood to ensure compliance with our CCRs and subdivision guidelines. Residents who wish to make changes to their property must submit written requests to our HOA Management Company and our Board of Directors, who will review each submission and then issue approval or denial of the homeowner's submittals.
OPEN POSITION - Pool and Social Committee Chairperson*
This person monitors pool, clubhouse, and playground operations to ensure that the pool and playground areas are properly secured and maintained and that they are accessed only by residents in good standing and their guests. Residents who wish to reserve the pool or clubhouse for special events must submit written requests to the Pool Chairperson, who will review each submission and submit it to the HOA Board for approval or denial. All reserved activities will require appropriate security/cleanup deposits that are fully refundable if all requirements have been met.
OPEN POSITION - Betterment and Planning Committee Chairperson*
This person serves to enhance the day-to-day operation of our HOA by proactively seeking out and identifying areas of potential improvement. This person receives suggestions from the neighborhood and reviews them for validity and viability, and submits recommendations to the HOA Board for approval or denial.
* Committee Chairpersons report all of their activities directly to the HOA Board of Directors. Committee Chairpersons offer valuable input to the HOA Board but do not make decisions independent of the HOA Board, nor do they have a formal vote in the final decision-making process.
